Financial interest

We may buy your property. Depending on the circumstances, Andrew or an affiliated entity may purchase a property directly and may therefore have a financial interest in a transaction. When a direct purchase is offered, that interest will be disclosed in writing, and the alternative of listing the property on the open market will be explained alongside it.

Agency

Requesting information through this website, receiving a written evaluation, or communicating with Andrew does not by itself create an agency or representation relationship. Representation exists only under a signed written agreement in accordance with Utah law. In any transaction where Andrew or an affiliated entity is the buyer, Andrew does not represent the seller.
